Horseradish Flowers

Culinary garden horseradish flowers….pictured in the garden…tomorrow night they will be tossed with fresh asparagus over brown butter agnolotti and topped with shaved, cured egg yolk and perhaps a drizzle of rhubarb vinaigrette.
