I noticed by accident today that my YouTube channel has 100 videos posted to it. 100 seems like a milestone number, so I decided to go to the very beginning and take a look at what videos we had produced. I stumbled upon the video below and decided to watch it. This video was shot 4 years ago on the first day of Spring(it certainly doesn’t appear that we had quite as warm a Spring as we’re already having in 2012).
I think having resources like YouTube and also this blog are really important. It allows me to take a step back and look at how far we’ve come, what we were doing 4 years ago; a bit of reflection if you will. A restaurant and a property like the Sheppard Mansion are fluid. We are always trying to get better, every day and sometimes you don’t notice how far you’ve come until you take a step back and take a look.
