This past weekend, I stopped out to Auchey’s greenhouse to check in on our plants. Auchey’s has started cauliflower, cabbage and tomato plants for us this year. Needless to say, I was really excited with the results. It is still a bit early to get some of these plants into the ground, but it is very exciting to know that when we are ready to drop those plants in our amazing soil, the plants will be ready. Check out some photos…..these plants will provide us with vegetables that will make the menu at the Mansion soon!
